PROCESSING TIMES
Once you have completed your purchase, please allow 1-3 business days your orders to be dispatched. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day. Following dispatch, please refer to the timeframes indicated as part of the shipping method nominated at checkout.
We always strive to exceed our customer’s delivery expectations! However please note that stated delivery times are industry averages, and so delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Furthermore, remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correctly entered during checkout. We will not be responsible for undelivered parcels due to the incorrect address. Please note it is the customers responsibility for all costs related to returns shipping.
As an Australian business, we value our local roots. However, the rising cost of living, particularly soaring rental prices, has compelled us to relocate our warehouses overseas. This decision, while difficult, was made with two primary goals in mind: keeping costs low for our valued customers and optimizing shipping times. We remain committed to providing you with the best possible service and value.
LATE/MISSED DELIVERIES
All deliveries are made via our courier network. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order may be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. Re-deliveries cannot be made where a delivery has been attempted and your item has been taken to the nearest post office or postal outlet.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
REMOTE LOCATIONS
Please note that some addresses in remote delivery areas will not be serviced door-to-door. Please check with your local post office for details. In such cases, our couriers will deliver to a local depot or Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
